 HANDYMAN MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

When you sign up for our service contract, you sign up our professional company to help you maintain your home. Let us take care of the much needed but often overlooked maintenance around your home.

Change indoor air filters provided by owner

(FALL) Ceiling Fans

Adjust ceiling fans (so that air circulates upward).

(FALL) Switches & Plugs

Check and tighten all wall plugs and wall switches

(FALL) Exterior

Inspect exterior trim, gutters and downspouts

(FALL) Windows & Doors

Inspect caulking, weather stripping, thresholds, transitions, and windows.

(FALL) Outdoor Plumbing Pipes

Drain outdoor faucets and winterize hoses and spigots, Check all pipes to prevent freezing.

(FALL) GFCI Devices

Test GFCIs receptacles for functionality and safety.

(FALL) Smoke Detectors

Test smoke detectors

Check appliance cords, plugs and fixtures for damage or overload.

(WINTER) Water Heater

Check for leaks in heater and pipes

Check for loose grout, tiles and caulk

Set floor registers and grills to maximize airflow

Check trim and woodwork for scratches & caulking

Test all toilets for leaks (tank to bowl, bowl to floor, & supply lines).

Maintenance Contract: List

Maintenance For Your Total Piece of Mind  

  $2 a day!!!

At the end of every service visit:

There will be an Estimate calculated to complete any repairs needed if they are necessary. The estimated job is done at a $10 an hour deduction off of our already low prices, and no service call charge is ever billed for these Estimated repairs, unlike other companies.

Also, we will arrange an appointment date for the service visit during each season.


We will notify you 30 days in advance of time to renew your contract for the next year.


All this peace of mind for only $730.00 a fiscal year. That's only 2 dollars a day!
